This applies to the YouLift Bed.
To ensure a secure and safe installation when anchoring the YouLift Bed to your wall, follow these guidelines:
Pilot Holes
Drill pilot holes in the panel before driving screws. This prevents splitting, stripping, and makes it easier to anchor into the wall.
Torque Setting
Use a moderate to high torque setting to drive screws securely into studs or anchors without stripping or loosening over time.
Speed Setting
Drive screws at a slow, steady speed. This improves control and reduces the risk of stripping, overheating, or breaking the screw.
Clutch Setting
Start with a low clutch setting and gradually increase as needed to avoid overdriving screws or damaging drywall, studs, or anchors.
Additional Tip – Tighten Firmly, Not Excessively
Screws should be snug and secure but not overtightened. Excessive force can damage the screw or wall surface.
